Wicker Park Studio is where Kestrel's design-build work shows up closest to the surface — 1,400 sq ft studio build-out in which every joint, sightline, and light source was resolved on paper before it was built. The result reads as considered rather than decorated.
Kestrel held a single point of accountability throughout: one project lead, one schedule, and a documented punch list and warranty package at handover.
